how to make mayonnaise 

ingredients 

- 6pcs egg yolk 

- 1liter salad oil 

- mustard 

- worcestershire sauce (LNP)

- vinegar 

- lime juice 

- salt and pepper 

methode : 

- mix egg yolk with mustard untul sabayon 

- add salad oil litle by litle 

- add worcestershire sauce

- add vinegar and lime juice 

- seasoning with salt and pepper 

- saving in the chiller
